RETURNS

Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • in the original packaging
  • order number or receipt

Non-returnable items: 

  • gift vouchers & Evouchers
  • custom or personalised items
  • sale items 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please not: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

RETURN SHIPPING

- customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We'll work to resolve it quickly
